Applying for a new job

We believe your experience of applying for a role with us should be collaborative and enjoyable. We’re interested in what you can bring to wondertrust but at the same time, we want you to assess whether we’re right for you – and, as each role is different, whether the one you’re applying for is also the best fit for you.

To help, some of our recruiters explain how you can decide if a company and a role is a good fit for you, as well as offering advice on how to create the best possible application.

A great CV should be tailored to the role you are applying for. Make sure that you highlight your most relevant experience and showcase the skills and experience you can bring.

Our selection process

Where possible, our selection process will happen virtually via phone calls and video interviews. Our recruitment team will work directly with you to support you through the process, but before you click the apply button, or sit down for a video interview.
